    @otis76885 you can almost tough the plants with air cooled as well. I’ve done it and seen it done. Just has to be set up properly. I’m not saying water-cooled is a bad way to grow, just stating you can lose some light intensity. In this example you’re right, it is balanced out especially considering he’s growing with vertical bulbs.

    even if he is correct, (i havn’t read his theory) which i dont believe to be true.
    I’m sure your yield will make up for whatever you lose and then some, because you will be able to have the lights almost touching the plants- they are WAY cooler than air cooled.

    plus the fresca sol design makes for easier enviromental control, which will also increase yield and quality

    @beachenguy How do you legally do this? Multiple caregivers? Any un-wanted visits from the feds or notices from energy company? Looking to grow just asking questions.

    Nice setup but looks quite large and expensive. How much was the cost of materials only please? Lights? Chiller? Etc. Will this operation run in a ready-to-grow tent? I also wondered about the lights hanging vertically and the reflective material being used. The overall design is very cool. thanks.

    Vertical lights are kinda meant to grow by the sides of the plants, not above them. If lights are above the plants, they are meant to be in a reflector that points all the light down. Right now your using at most about 65% of the light in the room (only that high because its all white). Good luck……

    It’s a pretty solid design, you know what scares the shit out of me, when you put your hand in a reservoir with a pump and it shocks you! Just happen the other day with a feed pump.
